Understanding ARPA Funding

WCWSA’s ARPA funding was awarded via a competitive state grant tied strictly to specific, approved infrastructure projects. By law, we cannot reallocate these funds for other purposes or neighborhoods. Read our General Manager's full letter and view the approved project map to learn more.

ARPA STATEMENT

Service Area Map & Agreement

Walker County's water service is divided among WCWSA and several neighboring utilities. View the official Service Delivery Agreement and map to see our exact jurisdiction lines.
